Activated Carbon

Activated carbon is a form of carbon processed to have small, low-volume pores that increase the surface area available for adsorption or chemical reactions. It is effective in removing unwanted taste and odours, micropollutants, other organic pollutants, chlorine, fluorine or radon from drinking water or wastewater. Our carbon is being used to an increasing extent in the treatment of water, including drinking water, ground-water and waste water.

Filter Sand

Filter Sand is used for the treatment of potable and industrial waters for the filtration of suspended solids and removal of turbidity. Water is passed through a fixed bed of filter media whereby the contaminants are trapped inside interconnecting void space and thereby removed. The bed can be backwashed in cycles on a pre-determined pressure drop or backwashing can simply be done after fixed time intervals. It can also be used in conjunction with anthracite to improve filter runs.

Anthracite

Anthracite Filter Media are filtration materials for turbidity and SS removal. Since the specific gravity is lighter than that of Filter Sand, it is much used in combination with Filter Sand in dual-media filtration, to consist reverse grain layers after backwashing. In addition, because of high content carbon of this product, it has high resistance to various chemicals and high physical strength so that it is widely used for industrial water purification.

Gravel-Pebbles

Water Filtration Gravels are used in various water treatment and filtration applications. It can be provided in various sizes as per requirement.

Filter Gravel is an extremely effective filter media because of its ability to hold back precipitates containing impurities.

Manganese Dioxide

Manganese dioxide is a natural filter media that effectively removes iron, manganese and sulfur odor from well water.  MnO2 are capable of doing two important operations, first, they oxidize the iron into particulate form. Second, the particulates are trapped in the media bed.

Silex Filter Media

Silex Filter Media is made from pure quartz ground to 2-3 mm particle size. This high quality silex is used in water filtration and water treatment applications. Our silex is white and clear of any impurities and matches the highest standards.

Due to its various properties it is used in water filtration process. It is widely used in various applications like Industries, Municipal and Households.

Treated Sand

Treated Sand is used to remove iron, manganese and hydrogen sulphide from water resources. We supply treated sand as a step in the water treatment process of water purification.

Activated Alumina Balls

Activated Alumina Ball is used for a wide range of adsorbent and catalyst application. Activated Alumina Ball is a selective adsorbent for removal of impurities like arsenics and fluoride from drinking water. It is currently used to treat portable water for municipal and household units as well as recommendation for waste systems.

Commonly used sizes are 1 – 3 mm, 2 – 5 mm, 5 – 8 mm.

RO Antiscalant

Antiscalant is a unique combination of chemicals blended with Polymers and sequestering agents used to keep the RO membrane free from fouling of Hardness scales, Iron and other heavy metals. It should be injected by a chemical dosing pump from dilution tank to the feed water line. The product dosage depends on feed water quality, flow rate and membrane size.
